Air Juan Offers Seaplane Services to Puerto Princesa and Boracay

Aviation Updates Philippines - Philippine carrier, Air Juan, lets you experience their seaplane services to Puerto Princesa and Boracay from Coron. Air Juan is the only airline in the Philippines which operates a 9-seat Cessna Grand Caravan Seaplane. It is considered as the fastest way to fly people to the country's hottest tourist destinations.

“This new Air Juan route lets you spend more of your time in your destination, and less on your journey there," Air Juan's Chief Marketing Officer, Tina Di Cicco said. “Right now, the regular connection to these two beautiful destinations is a 12-hour ferry ride or a 4-hour flight hop via Manila. With Air Juan’s new route, the travel distance between these two paradise islands is shortened to mere 45 minutes,” she added.

In September, Air Juan launched its flights between Coron and Boracay flying every Tuesdays and Saturdays. It also launched its Coron to Boracay flights flying every Thursdays and Sundays both using its Seaplane.

The Cessna Grand Caravan Seaplane cruises at an altitude of 8,000 to 9,000 feet, depending on the weather. Passengers will surely enjoy the view for the aircraft's windows as there will be fewer clouds blocking the view at that altitude.

Air Juan is headquartered in Manila with base operations in Cebu, Puerto Princesa and Rio Tuba. It operates a fleet of brand new turbo-props, business jets and helicopters, which are also available for private charters.
